In 2009 Coates Hire started investigating a new location for our Tamworth Branch and were fortunate to be introduced to the Singh Property Group (SPG).

As a result of this meeting Coates commenced a lease with SPG in March 2011 for a purpose built facility that was designed and constructed by Clarin Developments for the Singh Property Group to our specification.
 
I worked with SPG and Clarin Developments during all phases of the project (negotiation, design & construction) without dispute at any point. The project was delivered by SPG and their team to our exacting specifications, in the time frame required and to a level that matched our expectations.
 
Maintenance and gardening are included within the lease and twelve months after taking possession of the site we are very happy with the standard of service provided in this area by SPG staff.
